Booking Policy

Deposits

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit amount varies by service and will be clearly displayed before payment. Your deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service.

Cancellations

No-Shows

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full deposit will be forfeited.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. There is a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time may be treated as a no-show, and the deposit may be forfeited. If time permits, we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals.

We understand things come up. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible and we will work with you.

Services & Pricing

All service prices are listed on our website and may vary based on hair length, style complexity, or additional requests. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of your appointment. We reserve the right to update service prices at any time. Updated pricing will be reflected on our website and applies to future bookings.

Payments

Deposits are processed securely through Stripe. Your card is securely saved by Stripe to process the remaining balance and tips after your service. You may also pay the remaining balance with cash. We never have direct access to your card details — all payments are handled securely by Stripe.

Refund Policy

Health & Safety

We maintain a clean, sanitized workspace. All tools and equipment are cleaned between each client. If you are experiencing any contagious skin or scalp conditions, please reschedule your appointment until the condition has cleared. This is for the safety and comfort of all clients.

Service Agreement

We provide professional haircut and styling services as described on our website. Results may vary based on hair type, condition, and individual characteristics. Our stylists will consult with you before starting any service to ensure we understand your preferences.

We take every precaution to provide safe, professional services. However, we are not liable for allergic reactions to standard hair products. Please inform your stylist of any known allergies or sensitivities before your appointment.

Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left on the premises.

Photography

We may occasionally photograph completed work for our portfolio and social media with your verbal permission. You are welcome to decline. We will never share your personal information alongside any photos.

Age Policy

We welcome clients of all ages. Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or failure to follow reasonable instructions during the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our booking system after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
